Rates & Availability

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Terms of Service
  • A call out fee applies to ALL service calls that are not governed by a maintenance plan agreement. $30AUD (exgst) Melbourne metro area, $60AUD (exgst) all other areas.
  • A minimum 1 (one) hour service charge applies to all service calls.
Payment Terms
  • Terms are 7 (seven) days from the date of invoice unless stated otherwise.
  • Late payment may incur additional account keeping fees and suspension of service.
  • We accept Cash, Business Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Deposit payments.
  • Please ensure cheques are made payable to "Soho Support". Return cheques with the associated invoice number to our head office address.
Orders
  • Orders must be paid for in full before being sent.
  • Goods remain the property of Soho Support until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
  • Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery
  • Goods are sent via courier. All courier charges are borne by the customer.
  • Goods damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Soho Support.
Warranty
  • 1 (One) year back to base limited warranty on all fully built computer systems. Only applies to parts included in the original system purchase. Excludes peripherals (Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor).
  • All other components are covered by the manufacturers warranty only.
Refunds & Returns
  • Please obtain an RA number before returning goods. Goods returned without and RA number will be put under lowest priority. Contact us by phone to obtain an RA number.
  • You must complete a Return Authorisation (RA) form prior to sending items to us. Do not send anything to us without first completing the RA form.
  • In order to help speed up warranty claim, please try to give a precise fault description.
  • Please print the RA number on the outside of the box when sending goods back.
  • Soho Support is NOT responsible for any data loss caused by the replacement of any components.
  • Customers shall ensure that all data is backed up prior to delivery.
  • All Dead On Arrival (DOA) products are returned on an exchange basis and must be in original packaging with all standard components.
  • There will be no refund for items that are faulty due to misuse, incorrect configuration or poor treatment and handling.
  • If it is found that your returned item was not faulty and its failure was due to incorrect configuration, you will be charged a $25 service fee plus courier costs to have the items returned to you.
